How to engage

Discovery is available as a standalone fixed-scope process (1–5 days of focused collaboration) or as the first phase of a Delivery Squad engagement.

For lighter-touch exploration, use Brain Trust Office Hours to test ideas and validate direction before committing to a full Discovery.

Pricing: £10k–£50k as a standalone service. Discovery and Analysis & Design are included in the Delivery Squad weekly rate.
