An Assessment is an independent, evidence-based review of your current state — whether that’s your data strategy, technology landscape, team capabilities, or delivery processes. The goal is evaluative: an honest appraisal, not a sales pitch.

We combine stakeholder interviews, data source analysis, and technical evaluation to build a clear picture of where you are, score your maturity against industry benchmarks, and define a target architecture with a practical roadmap to get there. Assessments typically run over 2–4 weeks.
